Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide the best Educational Advocacy for parents of Children with Special Needs (especially with diagnostic of Autism Spectrum Disorder) in the state of Massachusetts. We provide help with transitioning from Early Intervention to school system, organization skills, preparation to meetings, finding the right services in and out of the school district, finding the right legal support based on Federal and State law/regulations, and follow up skills on upcoming events during the IEP review period.
Our services are very affordable to families, as a parent of a child with special needs, we understand how frustrating it can be for parents paying for additional services, so we want to help parents during this process as much we possibly can.
Also, I am fluent in speaking and translating Spanish and Italian, for foreign parents that require additional help in understanding the USA's Educational Laws of systems pretaining to special needs children.
We are working toward the Purpose of the Special Education Law in his Regulation status said:
§ 300.1 Purposes.
The purposes of this part are—
(a) To ensure that all children with disabilities have available to them a free appropriate public education that emphasizes special education and related services designed to meet their unique needs and prepare them for further education, employment, and independent living;
(b) To ensure that the rights of children with disabilities and their parents are protected;
(c) To assist States, localities, educational service agencies, and Federal agencies to provide for the education of all children with disabilities; and
(d) To assess and ensure the effectiveness of efforts to educate children with disabilities.
